01 / The Story
HIDE was born from genuine frustration. We saw again and again good people and businesses absorbing a severe reputational blow — sometimes because of past mistakes, and sometimes through no fault of their own, from bitter adversaries. Words can be life and death, and online, words turn very quickly into real damage.
We recognized a vacuum. When a person or a business falls into a digital crisis, it's hard to find someone who sees the full picture:
- The legal system allows content removal, but most lawyers lack the technological tools to actually carry it out.
- SEO companies know how to promote websites, but usually don't understand the legal nuances and the limits of the law.
- And PR firms? They generally prefer to build a new, shiny image, rather than tending to old and painful wounds.
So we created HIDE — an agency that bridges technical capability, legal understanding (with close guidance from lawyers who understand digital), and calm, clinical judgment. Our approach is simple: whoever knows how to dismantle and erase negative pages, best understands how to build and promote positive ones.
