1. Agreement to Terms

Use of the hide.co.il website and Hide Digital services constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, please discontinue use.

2. Nature of Service

Hide Digital provides digital reputation management services, including consulting, content removal, results suppression, and organic SEO. All services are performed using legal and legitimate methods.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results or a defined timeframe. Reputation management is a process influenced by many factors outside our exclusive control, including platform policies and algorithm changes.

4. Confidentiality

An NDA is signed before any work begins. The service will never publish client names, case details, or any identifying information without explicit consent.

5. Payment

Payment is made according to a personal agreement signed before work begins. There are no refunds for work actually performed unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hide Digital's maximum liability to a client is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service. Hide Digital will not be liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Israeli law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the courts in Tel Aviv.
